My intention is to guide you in connecting with your body, to slow down your mind, to help you gain more self compassion and increase your confidence. The classes are grounded with a combination of breath, alignment, strength, and playfulness.
I completed my 200 hour Hatha/Vinyassa Yoga Certification at Omtown Yoga in Nanaimo, B.C. on November 2016 and hold a YT-200 Certification.
